The NSR Battery charger is a single wire GM alternator driven by a Honda GX200 or clone.  The alternator is capable of a maximum of 1260W.  The reason I decided to build this generator is that it can run at 1200rpm and make decent power compared to the difficulty of getting wood gas completely combusted at a screaming 3600rpm.
